Hello, my name is Suebeet Kim. I’ve always been a mentor. There was never a time when I wasn’t mentoring a friend, family member or coworker. I have mentored people from around the world and has helped them live a happier and more meaningful life, both personally and professionally. They hail from various walks of life: creative professionals, corporate employees, attorneys, medical doctors, entrepreneurs, etc. and all ages, from twenty-something to seventy years old.
I love my life. I’ve had a ton of amazing adventures and I plan to have a whole bunch more. But my favorite adventure is feeling like I’m doing something productive by helping others to enjoy their lives too. It’s hard work getting to this peaceful place. It takes time. It takes practice and commitment.
During the mentoring session, I try to lighten things up sometimes. It’s serious work, but we gotta laugh at ourselves too. I preferred the language of “me too”, “I am exactly like that!” as opposed to “you should”, “you should not!”. I am transparent. I’m human and you are too. Instead of a mentor or life coach, I like to think of myself as a lifestyle planner.

I’m a motivational mentor helping individuals reach personal goals. I assist mentee to create the necessary blueprint as a launchpad for positive change.
These blueprints are designed in a unique, customized way to assist in reaching both short-term and long-term goals. My approach is holistic in nature and addresses each individual I encounter with respect to their own unique cultural and spiritual beliefs.
I encourage mindful meditation in the form mindfulness to help mentee mentally absorb important learning points.
Once we start working together, you will develop a deeper sense of clarity and intention, become more focused and organized, and more effectively manage stress and anxiety. We’ll comb through your life (both personal and professional) to find areas that we can optimize with more productive habits and mindfulness skills.
The Action Plan
An individual tends to start having insights immediately, but it can take time to build and incorporate new habits. I recommend to new mentee that we work together for a minimum of 3 to 6 months because that’s how long it can take to see real progress. We typically start with two to three 30 to 40 minute Skype sessions per month to gain momentum, and gradually decrease to two sessions per month then one session per month. Of course, we can schedule sessions more or less depending on your schedule and preferences.
